Refund Policy

1. Key Summary

Z-Image.me provides digital AI image and video generation services. Once subscription benefits, on-demand credits, or generation access have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refund review may be available for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, paid orders where benefits or credits were not delivered, or confirmed platform issues that prevent core paid use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period. When a generation task fails because of a system error and credits were incorrectly charged, we generally return the affected credits. A credit return is not the same as a cash refund.

2. General Rule

After purchasing a subscription or on-demand credit pack, users may immediately receive benefits such as credits, faster generation, saved history, watermark removal, or other paid features. Because digital services and generation resources become available immediately and may create irreversible costs, completed orders are generally non-refundable once benefits, credits, or generation access have been delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Cases That May Be Eligible for Review

We will review refund requests in good faith in cases such as: • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors • Payment succeeded but subscription benefits or on-demand credits were not delivered, and we cannot deliver them within a reasonable time • A confirmed Z-Image.me platform issue prevents paid users from accessing the core service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period • Refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law or by the buyer terms of the relevant payment provider

4. Cases That Are Usually Not Refundable

The following cases are usually not refundable: • Subscription benefits, credits, or access were delivered and the service or credits have been used • Change of mind, accidental purchase after use, failure to review product details, or no longer needing the service • Subjective dissatisfaction with AI outputs, including style, composition, prompt results, or model behavior • Requests blocked because user input violates our content policy, triggers safety screening, or the account is restricted for misuse • Issues caused by user devices, network conditions, browser extensions, third-party services, or factors outside our control • Unused time remaining in a billing period after subscription cancellation • Used on-demand credits or generated content

5. Subscription Cancellation and Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through the account area or the billing portal provided by the relevant payment provider. After cancellation, paid benefits usually remain available until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current period unless required by law or approved through refund review.

6. On-Demand Credit Packs

On-demand credit packs are digital balances. Once credits have been delivered to the account, they are generally non-refundable. If purchased credits are not delivered, we will prioritize delivery. If we cannot deliver them, the order may be reviewed for refund. If an on-demand credit pack is completely unused and the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, we may review the request at our discretion. Partially or fully used credit packs are generally not eligible for cash refunds.

7. Failed Generations and Credit Returns

If a generation task fails because of a system error and credits were incorrectly deducted, we will try to return the affected credits automatically or manually after support review. For denials caused by content policy, safety screening, violating inputs, or third-party restrictions, credit returns depend on the actual billing state and platform rules. We try to avoid charging failed tasks, but returning credits does not mean the related order is eligible for a cash refund.

8. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@z-image.me, or submit the request through the order support channel of the payment provider used for the order. To help us verify the request, please include: • Order ID or transaction ID • Purchase email and Z-Image.me account email • Plan or credit pack purchased • Charge date • Refund reason • For technical issues, screenshots, error messages, task ID, browser details, and reproduction steps

9. Review and Processing Time

We or the relevant payment provider will review the order status, delivery state, credit usage, technical findings, and applicable law. If a refund is approved, it is usually returned to the original payment method. Actual processing time depends on the payment provider, payment network, bank, or card issuer. After a refund is completed, we may revoke the related subscription benefits, deduct unused credits, remove paid features, or adjust the account status.

10. Local Laws Prevail

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. If applicable law or the buyer terms of the relevant payment provider require refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights, those rules prevail.
