The Z-Image models and software are licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. For personal non-commercial use, you retain copyright of generated content. Commercial use must comply with the Apache 2.0 license terms. The Z-Image name, logo, and branding remain our exclusive property.

Users are responsible for the content they generate. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content, but you grant us a license to display and distribute content created using our Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated images may not always meet your expectations or requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Image.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
