By accessing and using Z-Image.me ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Z-Image provides AI-powered image and video generation services using advanced machine learning models. The Service allows users to create images and videos from text descriptions, edit existing images using natural language instructions, and use related creative tools through our web interface.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from: • Using the Service to create illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or offensive content • Generating, requesting, uploading, distributing, or attempting to create NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, erotic, nude, or sexually suggestive content • Using the Service for face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other privacy-invasive media manipulation • Attempting to bypass prompt screening, safety controls, rate limits, or access restrictions • Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI models • Overloading our systems with excessive requests • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others

The Z-Image models and software are licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. For personal non-commercial use, you retain copyright of generated content. Commercial use must comply with the Apache 2.0 license terms. The Z-Image name, logo, and branding remain our exclusive property.

Users are responsible for the content they generate. Z-Image prohibits generation of NSFW content, sexually explicit content, pornographic or adult content, nudity, erotic content, and sexually suggestive content. We also prohibit content involving sexual exploitation, minors in unsafe contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate, violence, illegal activity, or attempts to evade moderation. We may screen prompts before generation, block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity where appropriate. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content, but you grant us a license to display, store, moderate, and distribute content created using our Service as needed to operate and protect the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated images may not always meet your expectations or requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Image.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
